New York, NY - December 18, 2018: Chef Winston Chiu, Culinary Director of Rethink Food NYC, gathered chefs Victoria Blamey, Eric Bolyard, Adam Kaye, Noberto Piattoni, Simone Tong and sommelier Caleb Ganzer to present dinner at the James Beard Foundation in Greenwich Village. Entitled "Chefs on a Mission," the meal used ingredients often discarded by restaurants and purveyors.
