New York, NY - January 25, 2018: A Regional Filipino Celebration dinner hosted at the James Beard House featuring chefs specializing in Pinoy food around the United States. The event, coordinated by the The Filipino Food Movement and JBKollarations, featured dishes by Chefs Francis Ang of San Francisco, Lou Boquila of Philadelphia, Carlo Magna of Portland, Oregon, Melissa Miranda of Seattle and Miguel Trinidad of New York.
